Ways we can
walk together.

Your heart can learn to rest in what God has said. Through prayer, honest conversation, and God’s Word, we bring what you’re carrying into the light—and take a practical step toward living from truth.

Inner healing & freedom

Old wounds can leave you feeling rejected, afraid, or never quite enough—even when you know God loves you. In a personal inner healing and biblical coaching session, we’ll gently explore those places of hurt, uncover the beliefs connected to them, and invite Jesus into the healing process so you can begin responding from truth, freedom, and peace.

Peace mentoring

Walk through the truths in Equipped for Peace with personal support. Recognize what is influencing your reactions, renew your thinking with Scripture, and put what you’re learning into practice.

Vision & identity

Make room to listen, return to your identity in Christ, and gain clarity for your next season. Together, we explore the beliefs that may be holding you back and the direction you’re prayerfully considering.

What If You’re
Seeing It Wrong?

When someone you love or a situation you’re facing weighs on your heart, it’s easy to rehearse the worry. Learn to recognize what you’ve been believing, discover what God’s Word says, and turn His truth into a personal prayer you can speak with faith.

You’ll create your own Scripture-based crafted prayer—and learn to keep standing in truth while entrusting the outcome to God.

Begin with this question

“What if the situation hasn’t changed—but the way you see it can?”

A moment to practice peace

Pause. Bring it to Jesus.
Take one faithful step.

Think of one situation you’re carrying. Open each of these four invitations slowly. You can pray, reflect, or write in your own journal.

01 · Search

PSALM 139:23–24

Invite God to search
your heart.

Make room for His truth. You do not have to figure everything out before you come to Him.

Pray

“Jesus, what is happening in my heart? Show me what I’m believing and bring me back to what is true.”

Reflect: What am I afraid will happen in this situation?

02 · Own

MATTHEW 7:3–5 · ROMANS 12:18

Own what is
yours to address.

Look honestly at your words, actions, motives, and boundaries. Take responsibility for what you can repair.

Pray

“Jesus, help me see my part clearly. Give me the courage to repent, make a repair, or set a loving boundary.”

Reflect: What is one thing I am responsible for here?

03 · Release

EPHESIANS 4:32 · 1 PETER 5:7

Release what you
cannot carry.

Bring the hurt to Jesus. Choose forgiveness and entrust the other person’s response and the outcome to God.

Pray

“Jesus, I bring You this hurt and this burden. Help me forgive. I entrust to You what I cannot control.”

Reflect: What outcome or response am I trying to control?

04 · Remain

JOHN 15:9 · PHILIPPIANS 4:6–9

Remain in His love.
Walk from truth.

Return to what God has said. Let that truth guide your next response, even while the situation is still unfolding.

Pray

“Jesus, help me remain in Your love. Show me one faithful step I can take today from a place of trust.”

Walk it out: Name one practical step—an apology, a boundary, a prayer, or a kind response.

Peace grows as you return to truth and put it into practice. You can come back to this exercise whenever you need it.

A HEART TO ENCOURAGE.
A CALLING TO EQUIP.

Meet Leah

I want you to know
how loved you are—
and live from it.

I’m Leah Boatright, a Christian Life Coach, author, speaker, and Freedom Ministry leader. My heart is to help people encounter the truth of God’s Word and learn how to walk it out in everyday life.

Equipped for Peace grew out of my own journey of learning to trust God, renew my mind, guard my words, and live from covenant, identity, and peace—even when circumstances have not yet changed.

Through Amana prayer, coaching, and teaching, I help people move beyond simply knowing Scripture to learning how to partner with God’s truth in practical ways. God’s Word was meant to be believed, lived, and carried into every area of our lives.
